- Philosophy of Outreach
- An 8 hour training focused on training those who are interested in doing ministry as a part of daily life. This is NOT a cafe specific training - anyone who wants to be equipped for ministry in their own spheres is welcome. The training features sections such as "Listening, " "Community," "Drugs and Alcohol," "Violence & Aggression," and a live Bible study.
- Bridges out of Poverty
- An 3-8 hour training using the lens of the economic class to provide employers, community organizations, social agencies and individuals the concrete tools and specific strategies to prevent, reduce and alleviate poverty.
- Understanding Racism
- How to be antiracist from a biblical perspective.
- How to be antiracist from a biblical perspective.
- The Fivefold Ministry
- This is a teaching on the 5 main types of ministry roles. It focuses on Ephesians 4:11-16 as a framework for equipping the saints within the Body of Christ.
- Understanding Tools of Evangelism
- Understanding how we are uniquely wired to do evangelism based on our personality.
